Albert Bolin, an iron worker, appeals the dismissal of his tort claim which resulted from a work-related injury and his employer and its insurer appeal his entitlement to total and permanent disability benefits. Bolin contends the trial court erred by finding that his accident did not occur as he claimed and that he was contributorily negligent.
