LINDSAY, Judge.

Milton K. Herrington was convicted after trial by jury of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967. After a presentence investigation the defendant was sentenced to serve ten years at hard labor. The defendant appeals his conviction and sentence. For the following reasons, we affirm.
