Eugene Baker sued Lewis Kulczyk, Coeur d'Alene Leasing, Inc., and Forest Gold, Inc., to collect amounts due under two contracts. Alleging that the two corporations were the alter egos of Lewis Kulczyk, Baker sought joint and several liability. The defendants counterclaimed for damages.
