SEARS, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle under Section 31.07 of the Texas Penal Code. Appellant pled not guilty to the offense, was tried by a jury and found guilty as charged. His punishment, enhanced by two prior felony convictions, was assessed by the jury at twenty-five years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections. We reverse the conviction...
