Defendant, John Manley, was charged with two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1985, ch. 38, par. 12-16(b).) He was found guilty by a jury of one count of the same and was sentenced to a term of five years' imprisonment in the Department of Corrections.
