Defendants-Appellants George Steven Senteno ("Senteno") and Frank Peter Gallegos ("Gallegos") (collectively "Appellants") appeal their convictions for conspiracy to promote a dangerous drug. Appellants claim the prosecutor's improper argument denied them a fair trial, and the jury rendered inconsistent verdicts. In addition, Gallegos contends he was deprived of a speedy trial and that the court failed to rule on his motion for judgment of acquittal...
