Katherine Chandler appeals from an August 14, 1986 judgment of restitution in an unlawful detainer action in favor of respondent Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Waconia.

Chandler claims that the Housing Authority was barred from seeking a writ of restitution because it failed to follow its own rules in objecting to the grievance hearing officer's conclusions and thus was bound by the decision. She further asserts that...
