OPINION

KENNEDY, Justice.

The appellant, Adolfo Cortez, was convicted of aggravated kidnapping. He was tried before a jury, sentenced to 20 years in prison and fined $10,000.00. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.

The present offense was the result of a stormy relationship between the appellant and his ex-girlfriend, Juanita Galvan, the complainant. At trial, she alleged the following sequence of events. As a result of her refusal to date...
