This civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 grew out of events following plaintiff's handling of an estate, the principal beneficiary of which is one of the defendants. In essence, Peter Bertucci, pro se, alleges a conspiracy among two State court judges, two prosecuting attorneys, a law firm and one of its associates, and a private individual to deprive him of his civil rights by forcing him to testify in violation of his rights...
