MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

WEINER, District Judge.

The plaintiffs, all of whom were denied employment by the City of Philadelphia on the sole ground that they did not pass a required polygraph test, brought this action to enjoin the use of such test, which they allege deprives them of rights guaranteed by the federal and state constitutions.
