This action arises out of the default and bankruptcy of a grain farming partnership conducted by plaintiff brothers Kal and Robert Knickerbocker. They filed this action against defendant First National Bank of Oelwein (FNBO) in state court alleging breach of contract and intentional interference with contractual relationships.
