DAVIDSON, Judge:

Defendant was convicted of the crime of aggravated assault, a Felony of the Third Degree, in the District Court and was sentenced to confinement in the Utah State Prison for the statutory period. Defendant appeals claiming the trial court erred in admitting evidence obtained in a warrantless and unreasonable search and seizure.
