This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of sexual assault. Punishment was assessed at nine years' confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections and a $3,000.00 fine. Appellant brings two points of error: that the trial court erred in submitting instructions on the law of parole, and that error resulted in the refusal of the court to allow evidence of the victim's prior...
