Movant Roy Milton Bradford appeals from an order of the trial court denying, after an evidentiary hearing, his Rule 27.261 motion to set aside a conviction of four counts of sexual assault in the second degree. § 566.050. In the earlier criminal proceeding movant was sentenced, following a plea of guilty, to five years' imprisonment on each count, the sentences to run consecutively.
