OPINION ON APPELLANT'S PETION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

CAMPBELL, Judge.

The appellant was convicted, in a nonjury trial, of the offense of burglary of a habitation. V.T.C.A., Penal Code § 30.02(a)(1). Punishment, enhanced by a prior felony conviction, was assessed at thirty years' imprisonment in the Texas Department of Corrections. The San Antonio Court of Appeals affirmed the conviction. Hoag v. State, 693 S.W.2d 718
