In a trial before a jury, appellant was convicted of driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated and sentenced to 30 days in jail, probated for 24 months, and a $500 fine. Appellant brings three points of error, contending that his conviction should be reversed because the court admitted into evidence testimony which was the fruit of an unlawful arrest, the information under which he was charged was not supported by sufficient affidavit, and the prosecutor...
