Diana Hofer appeals from a judgment of the district court that affirmed the bankruptcy court's determination that Merchants State Bank of Freeman, South Dakota (Merchants State), was a secured creditor with respect to the proceeds of collateral covered by a security agreement signed by Jennis Hofer, Diana's husband.
