This appeal arises from the dismissal of appellant Alaska Trams' action against appellees Alaska Electric Light & Power, William A. Corbus, and certain real property (hereinafter AELP, collectively) to secure an aerial easement required for the construction of a tramway.1 Because we are unable to say that the trial court abused its discretion in dismissing the action, the judgment of the superior court...
