Memorandum:

Defendant was convicted of two counts of second degree murder for killing two teen-agers who were seated in a car at a deserted dump site. He was sentenced to consecutive indeterminate terms of 20 years to life. On appeal defendant contends that the trial court erred in failing to charge criminally negligent homicide as a lesser included offense, in admitting expert testimony, and in imposing consecutive sentences...
