This is an appeal from an order of the trial court withdrawing certification of a class, pursuant to Rule 42 of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure. The principal issues before this court are whether the trial court abused its discretion in ordering the class decertified and whether this court has jurisdiction to review that interlocutory order.
