Appellant, Pierre Edouard, was charged by a bill of information with two counts of burglary of an inhabited dwelling, violations of La.R.S. 14:62.2. Appellant was tried before a jury and found guilty on both counts. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered. Appellant was sentenced to ten years on each count to run consecutively. The second sentence was suspended and appellant is to be placed on probation...
