OPINION

CRIPPEN, Judge.

Appellant questions the trial court's division of marital property, objecting to the court's fact finding and exercise of discretion. Appellant also contends the court erred in awarding short term maintenance. Because appellant's contentions are not supported by evidence in the record, we affirm.
