In this community partition case, the plaintiff ex-wife appeals from the judgment insofar as it denies her one-half of the rental value of the former family residence for the period her ex-husband solely occupied the marital home after the parties had separated. She further contends the trial judge erroneously awarded each spouse an interest in the other's pension plan based on the stipulated values of the plans at the time of the partition hearing...
