HAMILTON, District Judge.

This is an asbestosis case arising out of the alleged exposure of the plaintiff, Harry Hinson, to the defendants' asbestos containing products. Bertha J. Hinson is a party to this action by virtue of her asserting a claim for loss of consortium. The matter is presently before the court upon the defendants' motion for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56, Fed.R.Civ.Proc. Jurisdiction is based upon diversity of citizenship....
