OPINION

WEISBERGER, Justice.

This case comes before us on cross-appeals from orders and rulings made by the trial justice granting a motion for new trial, declining to grant a motion for directed verdict on the issue of fraud, and limiting damages on the issues of breach of contract and negligence.
