This is an appeal from a worker's compensation suit wherein the appellants, Betty Jo Tatum, Bobbie Jo Hill, and JoAnne Brown, claimed benefits as dependent sisters of the deceased worker. Tatum, Hill, and Brown sought to appeal to the district court from an adverse ruling by the Industrial Accident Board.
