GARTH, Circuit Judge:

This appeal arises from a district court's order which found appellant Vistron Corporation (Vistron) in civil contempt. The civil contempt order resulted from the district court's determination that Vistron had violated an earlier order of the court which had required Vistron to specifically perform its contract with appellee Thermice Corporation (Thermice).
