DRAUGHN, Justice.

Charles R. and Nancy D. McAdams brought suit against Brighton Homes, Inc., to recover damages under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) for structural defects in their purchased home. A jury trial resulted in findings for the McAdams on issues of liability, damages, and attorneys' fees. In response to Brighton Homes' motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, the trial court disregarded certain of the findings on damages...
