Lorenzo Wilson appeals from a final judgment entered in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Iowa granting summary judgment in favor of Bud Myers, U.A.W. Local 858, the members and officers of Local 858, and the International Union, United Auto Aerospace Agricultural Implement Workers of America (collectively referred to as the Union). Wilson brought an action under 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2(c)(1)
