MULALLY, Judge.

This action was brought under Minn. Stat. § 513.23 to set aside fraudulent transfers of property from Gerald Jaeger to Sun Down Co. and from Sun Down to appellant BBCA, Inc. Respondent claimed Gerald Jaeger had fraudulently transferred property, that the transfers were made without fair consideration and with actual intent to hinder, delay, and defraud creditors.
