Plaintiffs-appellants Peter Karmanos, Jr. (Karmanos, Jr.), Peter Karmanos III (Karmanos III), and Compuware Hockey Club (Compuware) appealed from a final order of the district court dismissing this action initiated pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
