BY THE COURT:
In the above appeal portion of this protracted and acrimonious litigation, defendants suggested that plaintiffs' counsel, Pat Holloway and Dale Ossip Johnson, be suspended or disbarred and that criminal contempt and disciplinary action against them would be appropriate. The merits of the appeal in which these suggestions were made was finally concluded by the court's opinion of September 22, 1986.
