Champlin Petroleum Company has petitioned this Court for a writ of review challenging a decision of the Industrial Commission's Board of Review. The Board affirmed an administrative law judge's holding that Michael D. Robinson was entitled to unemployment benefits because he was not discharged from his employment for just cause under the Employment Security Act, Utah Code Ann. § 35-4-5(b)(1) (1987).
