This case is before us for the second time and presents us with a procedural nightmare. Appellant was tried in Henry County Probate Court for driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, and driving while his license was suspended or revoked. The record reflects that appellant was found guilty in probate court on August 14, 1985, and filed a de novo appeal to the Superior Court of Henry County on August 22, 1985.
