Appellant was convicted of two violations of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act for trafficking in cocaine and unlawfully possessing less than one ounce of marijuana. In his sole enumeration of error appellant contends the trial court erred by denying his motion to suppress because law enforcement officers had no authority to arrest him without a warrant.
