The Plaintiff has appealed from a decree of the chancery court dismissing its suit against the Defendant on a promissory note.

In 1981 the Defendant-Appellee, Jerry Armstrong, was engaged in the business of buying and selling cattle. To finance his operations he went to the Plaintiff-Appellant, Riceville Bank, and was given a line of credit up to $150,000...
