Appellant is a previously convicted felon who was in this case found guilty by a jury of six counts of unlawful possession of firearms in violation of 18 U.S.C.App. § 1202(a)(1) and two counts of unlawful receipt of firearms in violation of 18, U.S.C. § 922(h)(1).
