OPINION

COHEN, Justice.

A jury found appellant guilty of murder and assessed punishment at confinement for life and a $10,000 fine. This is a companion case to Cook v. State, No. 1-86-833-CR, before this Court.

The first count of the indictment alleged the offense of murder in two paragraphs, and the second count alleged aggravated robbery. After the aggravated robbery count was quashed on appellant...
