OPINION

BUSSEY, Judge:

The appellant, Donald Gene Coleman, was charged, tried and convicted in the District Court of Lincoln County for the crime of Grand Larceny of Oilfield Equipment in Case No. CRF-84-61, and was sentenced to three (3) years imprisonment, with two and one-half (2½) years of the sentence suspended, and fined one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500), and he appeals.
