MILLER, Justice.

George G. Luna (Luna) appeals the lower court's dismissal of his petition for habeas corpus relief. We affirm.

On June 1, 1984, a jury convicted Luna of two counts of first-degree murder for the slaying of his wife and mother-in-law. He was sentenced to life imprisonment.
