The matter before the Court is the complaint filed on July 17, 1983 by the Trustee of Alter-Hall Construction Co., Inc. ("Alter-Hall" or the "Debtor"). The complaint seeks the turnover of $29,004.78 from Nightingale Roofing, Inc. ("Nightingale"), pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 547(b).
