We review the dismissal under Fed.R.Civ.P. 12 of a suit by a former Trappist Monk, Christopher Gregory, also known as Brother Leo. The suit named as defendants the Attorney General of the State of Texas, the Alice National Bank and then members of the John G. and Marie Stella Kenedy Memorial Foundation, including, among others, the Bishop of the Diocese of Corpus Christi.
