While in the course and scope of his employment with A-1 Plumbing, Heating and Electrical Company of Gonzales, plaintiff was injured in an automobile accident involving his vehicle and a vehicle driven by Todd B. Dean, the minor son of defendant Gerald M. Dean. At the time of the accident, plaintiff's business vehicle was being repaired, and he was driving his personal vehicle.
