MATTHEWS, Justice.

Eddie Jo Anderson appeals from the superior court's denial of her motion to order execution on a limited entry permit held by her former husband, Vernon Anderson, to satisfy a judgment against him for past due child support. The sole issue presented is whether the Alaska Exemptions Act (AS 09.38.065) (permitting creditors to levy against exempt property of any kind for child support) allows Mrs. Anderson to execute on Mr. Anderson...
