The defendant, Winfield Tucker, was indicted for passing a counterfeit $100 bill, attempting to pass a counterfeit $50 bill, and possessing a counterfeit $50 bill, all in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 472. A jury found the defendant guilty on all three counts. On appeal, the defendant argues that the evidence was insufficient for the jury to find him guilty. He also argues that, due to alleged prosecutorial misconduct, he was denied a fair trial...
