Md.Code (1974, 1984 Repl.Vol.), §§ 12-601 to -609 of the Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article. The Fourth Circuit has certified for our determination the following questions:

1. Whether the Maryland Beer Franchise Fair Dealing Act applies to an agreement between a franchisor...
