The plaintiff, Thorp Credit, Inc., appeals the judgment of the district court that the defendants' son, Eric Wuchter, was the owner of certain cows and that those cows were not subject to Thorp's security interest against livestock owned by the defendants, Eugene and Louise Wuchter. Thorp on appeal contends that the trial court erred: (1) in finding that Eric Wuchter was the owner of the disputed cows; (2) in failing to find that the Wuchters...
