Plaintiff, a religious corporation, brought the instant action against defendants Carmen Paul Mallia, Carmen Goody Pools, Inc. (Carmen Goody), a corporation in which Mallia was an officer, and Smith Pontiac Center, Inc. (Smith Pontiac) for fraud, claiming both compensatory and punitive damages.
