EDWARDS, Judge.

Defendant was convicted of aggravated rape and aggravated burglary, violations of LSA-R.S. 14:42 and 14:60, respectively. He was sentenced to life imprisonment at hard labor, without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence for the aggravated rape conviction, and to a consecutive thirty years imprisonment at hard labor for the aggravated burglary conviction. In addition, the trial court assessed defendant the actual cost of prosecution...
