MEMORANDUM OPINION

BERNARD MARKOVITZ, Bankruptcy Judge.

Presently before the Court is Debtor's Complaint To Determine Dischargeability of a student loan indebtedness to the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (hereinafter "PHEAA") pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8)(B). Based upon the testimony presented and the applicable law, we find that the debt in question is nondischargeable.
